My condolences for your family's loss pinky.
It's good to hear that other things in your life are going well.

Thanks!  Hope you're doing well, also!

Oh, that was an awful accident.
That will take a while to digest for all who knew and loved him - not least your husband.

I live in the country of most-of-the-time the #1 happiest people in the world. The basis of this is:
1. Confidence. We have confidence in each other - also when we shouldn't have
2. At least a thousand years of equaltity between men and women
Nations where women are equal fare better.

I think conditions are much different in the USA. To the best of my knowledge I have no enemies - and I have no employer. Retired.
I think I would be easy to track me in many ways if someone wanted it, but why would they want that?

BTW Guitar Man - John Morley who visited you just recently had a stroke, which he works with rehab people to overcome as well as possible.
In the same vein: He performed at Buddy Guy's Legend. Guess who's coming to my little city come November? Buddy Guy! And who has a ticket? ME!

A few days ago, oliviathefirst - Elaine Leikim - was suggested as a friend on my Facebook. I rushed her a 'friends request'. She must be an elderly lady today.

I hope we can get in touch here or there now and then, mousie.
I'll never forget you as the daughter of my dreams  Heart

Thank you for sharing about John, I missed his post about that with all thats been going on here. I'm glad to read that he's on the mend, and it was just his bum he fell on. Smiley Yes, he played at Buddy Guys, it was me behind the camera of his famed picture there. Cheesy Exciting that you get to see him!

Have you heard anything from Elaine? She had sent me a friend request many years ago, though haven't seen her post anything new in a long while, either.  Hope she is well!

You have a new friend request waiting for you. Wink

The notifications are working fine for me.
The do for me, too, now. I don't know what happened - they worked while sujo1, TLD and I discussed 'host team shortage'
- and now they do again after I checked off everything that could be checked.

I'm so sorry for your loss, my friend. How old was he?

Apart from a most unexpected blood clot in January and the rehab afterwards
- it's designed to kill a fibromyalgia patient like me  Devil
Doh just cut down on the betalblocker this morning hoping to get a life  Doh

As to Facebook - I want everybody who cares to see my real life Rosie.
Privacy issues from my babysitter - the European Union - just spoiled the lives for every cruncher obsessed with statistics
inclusive of what is to be found at Free-DC.
I'm not private at all  Grin
But thank you for your concern  Wink
Hey, hey! You better tell me why I should be cautious.
You are cleverer than me ? I'll listen  Angel
I'll listen after having refused good advice from the brightest IT-person I know ?  Roll Eyes

How are you?
I think about you very often, and I have wondered whether you might have stepped into motherhood?
Are you in contact with vaio by any means?

I'm so happy to hear from you ♥

We're Base Camping - the crew is expanding from being just me to some 10 dedicated crunchers  Thumbs Up
We have room for a mousie if ever you feel like it  Cheesy
Looka:

He was only 67. Fell down the stairs horribly and hit the back of his head. It was not pretty Sad

Hope the medicine changes do well for you!

Yeah,  I heard there's some crazy stuff going on there with regards to EU privacy. As far as why to be cautious - for me at least, there are people in my life that I don't necessarily want knowing every detail. Not in a bad way, more like I don't mix personal and work life, so wouldn't want an employer knowing some details of my life. I noticed your Rosie had your license plate displayed - not sure how it works there, but here it would be a way to identify you and potentially find details like where you live. Just things I know I would want to control over who knows, as there are crazies out there, and who knows what they could use certain details for.

I'm not in contact with vaio. We're connected on Facebook, but I haven't seen him post in many years there. No, not planning on motherhood, just enjoying life. Doing lots of real life camping actually. I've stopped crunching years ago, but if I ever get back to it, perhaps I'll tag along. Cheesy
