One thread per team.  Threads have the same 1000 post limit as the rest of the board, as long threads have the ability to cause database issues and cause overall load times to lengthen.

It may also be helpful if you could put the relevant project name in brackets on the end of your team thread title.

EG:

Are you nforced?.....Come join our team ([email protected])

May make things easier for those seeking a team in their project of choice.

Those that run multiple projects can ignore the above
